AGZJ Company is located in the old industrial base of Liaoning, is a typical metallurgical equipment manufacturing state-owned enterprises. In the early days of the founding of China, the company made distinctions for national construction. After the reform and opening up, the national support policies tend to the south coastal especially with the advent of post-industrial era, AGZJ Company began to “go downhill”. At the same time, the characteristics of low efficiency, complicated process and slow development of the state-owned enterprises are gradually becoming apparent. In the double blow of the internal and external troubles, now AGZJ Company survival worrying. And the company’s export business in the various problems are gradually emerging, including the international competitiveness of the company sliding, the company’s export business profits shrinking year by year and the loss of international customers and other issues. What caused the problem? What is the root cause of the problem? How should we solve the current problems? Where is the way out for the export business of enterprises? In order to solve these problems, the author made a comprehensive analysis of AGZJ Company.In this paper, according to the real data of the sample enterprises, the author uses the knowledge of enterprise strategy management, information management, supply chain and logistics management, industry cluster theory and so on to make a thorough analysis of the enterprise. In this paper, according to the concept of supply chain, the diagnosed company’s export business is divided into procurement, production, sales and after-sales service, the four links. Through the analysis and diagnosis of each link, the main problems and causes of AGZJ Company’s export business management are summarized. Then, based on the model of intuitionist fuzzy sets, the author makes a quantitative comparison between the main disease and the cause of the disease, balances the weight of the cause of the disease, and finds out the core issue of the AGZJ company’s export business, respectively, the lack of technological innovation and process optimization transform consciousness, institutional and regulatory delays aging, and the lack of the insight of strengthening the international competitiveness due to promote the industrial clusters. Then, puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions, such as the development of high-end equipment manufacturing and intelligent equipment manufacturing, promote data management and improve the level of technology, and speed up the completion of institutional reform.
