Research On Improving The Business Profit Model Of C Securities SX Branch Based On Value Chain

Since entering the 21 st century,thanks to the reform and opening up,China’s securities industry has experienced rapid development.With the continuous expansion of the securities industry,the scale of securities companies has led to a decline in business income caused by the intense competition among peers.At the same time,since the COVID-19 spread globally in 2020 and the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022,the global securities market has been severely impacted,which has greatly affected the traditional brokerage business income of securities companies.Some securities firms’ current business profit models are no longer suitable for the complex and ever-changing market environment,and many securities firms have begun to transform and improve their business profit models.Therefore,studying the improvement of the profit model of securities firms and analyzing the rationality of the profit model is of great significance for the development of China’s securities industry.This article takes C Securities SX Branch as the research object,and uses document research,trend analysis,and questionnaire investigation methods to study and analyze the company’s business profit model.Firstly,trend analysis was used to compare the business profit models of industry leading securities firms and C Securities through data analysis,and to analyze the external industry environment of the company.We used the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of C Securities’ internal business profit model,and combined the analysis results of two methods to analyze the problems and causes of the company’s business profit model.Secondly,use value chain theory to analyze and improve the company’s internal and external value chains,and propose specific improvement plans for the company’s business profit model.Finally,based on the company’s goals,a specific path plan and safeguard measures were proposed for the implementation of the improvement plan for the business profit model of C Securities SX Branch.Through the research in this article,the comprehensive strength of C Securities SX Branch can be improved,the existing business profit model problems can be solved,and the sustainable development of the company can be promoted.At the same time,the research in this article provides reference and reference for the transformation and development of other small and medium-sized securities firms in China.
