When investigating the question of what is the main problem the Young Professionencounter,we find the job pressure is the biggest issue they face.However,role stress is theimportant source of the work pressure, not only can it damage the staff’s physical and mentalhealth,but also affects the employee’s work attitude and behavior,reducing the commitmentto the organization and leading to the departure. While some scholars pointed out that as akind of organizational resources, psychological empowerment can buffer the bad influenceof the role stress on job results.Based on the previous literature review,this study takes the Young Profession as the researchobjects and put forward the theoretical model and hypothesis of the role stress,organizational commitment and psychological empowerment. Then through the way ofquestionnaire investigation to collect data and test the reliability and validity of the scale.Finally,we use analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis to test thehypothesis and draw the following conclusions:(1)The role stress,psychological empowerment and organizational commitment showsignificant differences under different demography variables.Among them,the role stress aredifferent in gender,education,working years,and enterprise property;psychologicalempowerment exists difference in education,position layer, enterprise property and the jobnature;Organizational commitment has differences in education and working years.(2)TheYoung Profession’s role stress and organizational commitment are significantly negativecorrelation, the psychological empowerment and organizational commitment aresignificantly positive correlation; Role conflict and role ambiguity has a significant effect onorganizational commitment. The meaning of the work, autonomy,and influence has asignificant predictive power on organizational commitment.(3)The psychologicalempowerment have the negative moderatig effect between the role stress and organizationalcommitment.Among it,the work meaning and autonomy have the negative adjustment effectbetween the role conflict and organizational commitment;the work meaning and influencehave the negative moderatig effect between the role ambiguity and organizationalcommitment.Eventually, this paper generalizes the problems existing in the study and provides somemanagement suggestions.Beseides, future research directions have also been presented.
