The Research About The Talent Incentive Problem Of Hebei Transit System

Therefore, the domestic construction of incentive mechanism for the alot of practice and theory research.This paper is to introduce the related concepts of talent and motivation, and thenexpounds its theoretical basis, based on the analysis of the status quo of the transportationsystem in hebei province personnel incentive, which introduces the basic situation of thetalent and the present situation and effect of incentive. On the basis of the current situationand the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of hebei province transportation systemand the reasons were analyzed.
