A Study On The Problem Of National Bussiness Association Development

In recent years, with the development of Chinese market economy and social progress,China’s economic system and political system reform is in gradually advancing. The reformprovides a broad space for the development of China’s Industry Associations. They haveentered a high-speed development stage.With the high-speed development, they are alsofacing a variety of problems. For example, the relevant legal construction is backward; thebureaucratism deeply affect them; there is an obvious imbalance between the western andeastern,ect. All of the factors seriously affect the role of them. However the Industryassociations in the market economy play an necessary part in connecting the government andenterprises as a bridge. So the research has an important practical significance to solving theproblems in the development of industry associations.In this paper, the historical background and the development of the institutionalenvironment as the starting point analyzed the historical development of industry associations,combed the historical characteristics of the development since the founding of our country,and from the perspective of the political history of the current development of China’sindustry association and economic backgrounds are summarized. On this basis, we summedup the development process of China’s Association for a series of problems, includinginstitutional issues left over from history and the lack of reform of our government sinceeighteen exist, hampered by a summary of the development of the industry association ofChina’s problems the root of the analytical. Finally we measures in the main part of thedevelopment experience about the United States, Japan, Britain and other developed capitalistcountries, comparing to the different foreign system, selecting a system suitable forChina,and providing more feasible countermeasures.
