In the1990s,the sharp contradiction between human and land and agricultural land areadecreasing dramatically become the nation’s top land-using problem. Especially the Shen Mucounty located in the loess plateau region, which is facing bad production condition, weakagricultural foundation, low grain efficiency and the construction over occupied, farmingdesolated, frequently natural disasters, to ensure agricultural production area and reverseunsustainable economic development mode relying on mineral resources development isurgently needed.Under the social economic transformation development, studying food scale operation inHe Jiachuan town has economic, social and ecological significance. It is conducive to grainfamers’ food-production and income growth, the whole town’s ecological securityconstruction, regional economic development and social stability. To enhance grainenthusiasm in whole town, ensure food safety of the county is the material foundation andsocial base for industrial structure transformation optimization and long-term effectivemechanism building for further economic development.Based on the above project, the paper uses comprehensive advantage index methodstudying on He Jiachuan town, one purpose is through the statistical analysis of nearly13years food business data to discuss food production status and existing problems, the secondis determining the optimal scale of moderate scale based on peasant household foodproduction inputs to establish regression model, the third is the analysis of grain productioninputs contribution degree and pointing out that the channel regulation is the way to promotefood scale of operation.
