Study On Coordination Between Energy, Mineral Development And Environmental Protection In Shaanxi Province

Into the21st century, mankind has entered a stage of rapid economic development. With the rapid economic development, environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent, humans have paid a heavy price. Economic and environmental relying on each other, sustained economic development depends on how environmental resources and energy provide the richness of the economy. How to make economic harmony with the environment has become a common topic in today’s world. Traditional economic development, expenses of the environment in exchange for high growth of GDP.Today, the coordinated development of economy and the environment became our path of sustainable development of the inevitable choice. China’s economic foundation is weak, percapita resources inadequate, low level of industrial development, and the contradiction between the economy and the environment also exist. In recent years, when China’s rapid economic development, people’s living standards continue to improve, but because of the large amount of development and utilization of resources, resulting in the destruction of the ecological environment, seriously affecting people’s normal life. Therefore, how to achieve economic development and environmental protection symbiosis, has become the problem that we should face and solve.This article selected for the study of Shaanxi Province, through visits to collect relevant data, the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the process of economic development of systems analysis in Shaanxi Province and the environment in each index, and thus the economic and environmental development in Shaanxi Province to do out of the evaluation and analysis, and proposed deficiencies and corresponding solutions in the development process,The main contents of this paper are:First, through the relevant literature researches on economic and environmental issues, collated and summarized the research object, establish the method in this paper. Second, collect relevant literature and information on the economy and the environment of this paper to provide the basis and reference for subsequent analysis. Third, analysis correlation exists between Shaanxi Province’s economic indicators and environmental indicators collation. Forth, analysis the reasons for the relevance of the economic and environmental of Shaanxi Province. Fifth, make economic and environmental development issues and propose solutions. The main conclusions of this paper are:First, Shaanxi Province economic development are fast, environmental pollution has also improved, showing a good trend gradually between the economy and the environment. Second, Shaanxi Province industrial structure needs to be adjusted. In terms of economic development, lagging behind. In the environment, industrial pollution, excessive waste of water resources are serious. Should vigorously develop the circular economy, energy saving, to stable development of the economy and the environment. Third, excessive consumption of resources with the growth of the gross national product, industrial emissions continue to increase.
