In the situation of global population and the economic growth, the concentration of carbondioxide is increasing. Especially, it makes the phenomenon more serious because of the largenumber usage of fossil energy. Also, it has brought a series of global ecological crisis. Underthe background, the concept of low carbon economy emerged as the times require, alleviatingthe crisis of resources and environment. As a broad social and economic advanced idea, lowcarbon economy, a kind of new model, can effectively improve the self-adjustment ability ofearth ecosystem. It will be benefit to the realization of sustainable development of the globaleconomy. The culture of low carbon enterprise is produced in the background of low carboneconomy. It is the Strong security for the sustainable development of coal enterprises. Inrecent years, China’s economic has developed rapidly. However, it has affected the China’ssustainable development of economy and societies seriously, while it producing the problemof concentration of the CO2. How to develop low carbon economy effectively and how toconstruct low carbon culture of coal enterprise？The related research has lagged far behindthe development of practice and demand. It needs the relevant theoretical research urgently.Mainly from the basic situation of Huating Coal Group, the paper is used the SWOTanalysis method to analysis the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of theconstruction of the corporate culture of Huating Coal Group. Based on this, the paper isattempted to find the main problems of low carbon culture construction of Huating CoalGroup. Through the investigation, the main problems of the construction of low carboncorporate culture which have been found are following. there are misunderstandings and biason the construction of corporate culture in the perspective of low carbon economy. It is lack ofsupport for the idea of low carbon economy corporate culture management system and theoverall planning of the construction of corporate culture. The implementation is not in placein the low carbonization behavior of execution. The information publicity is small and theinput of capital&technique and human capital is short. According to the above problems, The paper is hoped to analysis the corporate culture of Huating Coal Group. It hoped to seeks toachieve low carbon corporate culture mode for Huating Coal Group. Also, it is tried to findthe beneficial inspiration for low carbon corporate culture mode for the China’s coalenterprises. Finally, the paper is proposed the development of countermeasures and measuresto guarantee the construction of corporate culture of Huating Coal Group.
