Happiness is the need to achieve the purpose of dare and expect to achieve a feelinginside, is a kind of living state of the people has always been the pursuit of. Happiness is akind of individual rational attitude, is the comprehensive evaluation of the individual in thestandard to quality of life and work on a stage of life of people, reflects the level of lifesatisfaction.The party’s eighteen big later, the happiness that mentioned a party work schedule,will people’s sense of service for the people as the standard, let the people feel that the partyand the government’s care, let people live with more dignity, truly become masters of thecountry.The research on happiness in China are concentrated in education, public institutions,civil servants, company knowledge class, migrant workers and migrant workers, mainly is todo the research group quantization, and relates to the study of all employees a unit less,research is not enough, can not fully reflect the Chinese from all walks of life of workers thewell-being of the status quo. In this case in the form of a large mining enterprise employeewell-being of quantitative research, based on the practical investigation to establish thequantitative index system, established the subjective well-being scale. In this research thequestionnaire has good reliability and validity of subjective well-being, become a reliable toolfor the study of well-being, to measure the main factors including job factors, economicfactors, family factors, living conditions, interpersonal relationship, leisure factors, physicaland mental health, goals and values such as the9major module questionnaire involved, basedon the analysis of the questionnaire results were put forward to improve employee well-beingsuggestions, improve employee subjective quality of work and life, to achieve corporatestrategic objectives in the process to realize their own subjective well-being, to achieve awin-win situation between employees and enterprises.
