| With the development of global green economy, enterprise development envi-ronment is also continually changing accordingly. The growing competition makesenterprises pay more attention to the pursuit of business models. And the concepts andfeatures of green business model attract attention of government, entrepreneurs andscholars as a new proposition. Unfortunately, the current research about businessmodel under the green economy environment has not yet formed systems. In this pa-per, comparing traditional business model, green business model is analyzed from thetheory and practice perspective, the meaning and characteristics of green businessmodel has been clearly defined. Then we construct a structural analysis model ofgreen business, enriching the green business model study system to some extent.Firstly, based on the relevant literature, we defined the basic meaning of greenbusiness model. From the view of two transition, three characteristics and four inter-faces, enterprise business strategy transformation refers to the product-focused shift-ing to the service-focused, while enterprise operations management transformationemphasize sustainable value stream management as the focus; Characteristics of greenbusiness model contain environmental sustainability, service-oriented and innovative;the four interfaces include elements of market, corporate, customer and earnings re-spectively.Secondly, based on the relevant theoretical research, we build a structure modelof green business. Through the value stream theory analysis, we obtained the greenbusiness value model diagram; then, upon the core logic analysis of green businessmodel, we got the key elements of the found-locked-created-realized process of greenbusiness model. The article also built a model to study the nature of green businessmodel, while quantitatively analyzed green value realization from aspects of the valuedistribution and market noise. On the basis of above, we made a basic structure dia-gram of the green business model.Finally, this paper carried out the empirical analysis of the green business modelstructure. Combined with the structural model, we proposed green business modelassumptions and designed questionnaire. On this basis, through analyzing the surveyresults, the assumptions of the relationship between the relevant factors in this articlegained vast majority of proven, empirical analysis largely supported the rationalityand applicability of the basic green business structure model. From the perspective of the value stream, this paper studied green business mod-el, which will not only promote the business model upgrading and innovation, build agreen business model and improve the competitiveness of enterprises; but also pro-vide reasonable policy recommendations for government to advocate corporate tobuild a green business model. |
