Study On Green Supply Chain Operation Model And Application For Pig

In this paper，making use of the methods of literature study, questionnaire, expertinterview and quantitative research to study on Green Supply Chain Operation Model forpig industry， including the principle of construction, analysis of process and theperformance, method, application. First of all, under the guidance of the theory GreenSupply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operation Reference Model, in-depthresearch the optimal green process of piglets/feed supply, pig farming, pig slaughter andprocessing, marketing and consumption. Meanwhile, both the definition and configurationlayer of Green Supply Chain Operation Model for pig industry are constructed, and theconstruction principle and process analysis of the model are discussed. Secondly, under theconfiguration layer of the model the index system of performance evaluation of GreenSupply Chain for pig industry are constructed and the self-organizing map neural networktechnology is used to construct and analysis the model of performance evaluation.Additionally, a pig slaughtering enterprises is choused to collect the data of the past5years,and the self-organizing mapping neural network algorithm is used to analyze the data, drawthe results of evaluation. The results of performance evaluation grade in2007and2009isqualified, that in2008and2010is medium, and that in2011is well, providing decisionsupport and policy advice for the pig enterprises to implement green supply chain. Finally,summarizes this paper, points out that the innovation points, shortcomings and futureresearch directions.The innovation points of this paper are mainly reflected in the following3aspects.First, the Green Supply Chain Operation Model for pig industry is constructed to providethe corresponding theoretical guidance for the pig enterprise to enforce Green SupplyChain Management. Second, the index system of performance evaluation of Green SupplyChain is constructed for the performance evaluation of Green Supply Chain is constructed.Third, the method of self-organizing map neural network in the application of performanceevaluation of Green Supply Chain is developed to avoid the influence of human factor ofindex weight of performance evaluation of Green Supply Chain for pig industry.
