Agile manufacturing is considered to be one of the main trends in manufacturing mode,Virtual enterprise as a specific organization form of agile manufacturing, with its rapidresponse to market, to meet customer demand characteristics are more and more researchand application. While the traditional virtual enterprise takes enterprise unit as the basicobject of study, it is difficult to make a quick and efficient response to changes in marketdemand, lack of necessary flexibility and elasticity. The characteristics of the unitizedmanufacturing including rapid response to market demand, flexible organization productionplan have the same view with the concept of virtual enterprise. This paper will introduce theunitized manufacturing methods to the construction of virtual enterprises and productionoperations, carrying out unitized manufacturing mode in the virtual enterprise is effective toimprove the agility of virtual enterprise, and expand the application of traditional unitaryproduction space, has certain positive significance and research value.According to the characteristics of the virtual enterprise resource distribution andprocessing tasks, the concept of virtual enterprise unitized model was constructed. On thebasis of certain principle and technological process of processing of virtual enterprise,forming logical manufacturing unit corresponding to task decomposition, the combinationof the LMU forms logic processing route LMP. Each LMU owns multiple agilemanufacturing cell AMU which can finish corresponding manufacturing task, AMU andLMU multiple mapping relation, the AMU and LMU are mapping relationship, namely alogical manufacturing unit LMU can be performed by multiple AMU agile manufacturingunit, in the same way, every AMU may have multiple LMU describes processing capacity.Choice of different agile manufacturing cell and orderly arrangement, to form an executablemanufacturing process EMP, based on the optimization goal such as quality, time and costconsiderations, to seek the optimal EMP.As the virtual enterprise, virtual enterprise unitizedmanufacturing system appears with the appearance of the processing tasks, and disappearswith the completion of the task. This article carry on analysis and research mainly from twoaspects of the choice of resources and reconstruction of agile manufacturing cell.In thevirtual enterprise resource selection process based on manufacturing unit, mainlyconsidering indicators such as time, cost and quality, playing impaction on the choice ofresources, and on the basis constructing the resource optimization selection model, in order to construct the optimal agile processing route. Agile manufacturing unit as the basic unitand executive level of the unitized manufacturing system, its agility and flexibility is veryimportant for the system, needing to reconstruct constantly according to the changes of thetask. The reconstruction of the agile manufacturing cell is essentially the choice of resourcesand cluster, through the selection of resources determining machining numbers in differentmanufacturing path, then using commonly used clustering algorithms in group technologyto group equipment artifacts matrix clustering, completing the reconstruction of agilemanufacturing cell.Finally, combining with the actual situation of some mold enterprise, analysis theproblems existing in the enterprise, completing the reconstruction of the processing flow ofthe enterprise and manufacturing unit,and combining with the comprehensive evaluationmodel to evaluate the effect of before and after the reconstruction to illustrate theeffectiveness necessity of the reconstruction.
