To meet customers' needs,enhance customer service delete,as well as speed up the collection of electricity charges,a power supply enterprise has opened up a variety of electricity bills payment channels.However,with the input-output ratios of these electricity charges payment channels being different,the social benefits and economic benefits out of these channels are not the same either.This has led to the fact that the electricity power supplier,its customers and its partners do not profit the same from this matter.The author is responsible for managing the collection of electricity charges in an electricity power supply enterprise.By studying the present situation at home and abroad and then introducing the construction and development process of the electricity fee payment channels of a specific power supply enterprise,the paper classifies and analyzes the current status of payment channels,delete summed up 25 types of electricity payment channels that the power supply enterprises has set up with the cooperation of another 12 enterprises.Although the diverse power charges payment channels have been recognized and used by the majority of the customers,the customers are faced with such problems as rapidly growing service charges,unsatisfactory service quality as a result of lack of supervision,as well as high risks of capital management and control.Analysis has found that the reasons for all of the problems mentioned above lie in delete the rapid delete development of the third party payment platforms,and the absence of evaluation and management methods which provide supervision over those platforms.This paper introduces the principle of constructing an evaluation index system to supervise the payment channels,indicating how to build the system and verify it.By doing cost-benefit analysis and comprehensive evaluation of all channels,the author obtains evaluation results of the aforementioned 25 payment channels.With the development of society,the third party payment channels cannot be replaced because of their diversity and convenience,and the number of people using them grows fast.So the third party payment channels will be the focus of discussion of an optimal payment scheme.Finally the author comes to the conclusion that appropriate increase of Alipay's pricing proportion,reducing service charges of supermarket channels and self-service terminal channels will help reduce the average rate,which can reduce the total cost of charge.This paper proposes different ways to optimize and the key to manage those third party payment channels based on consideration of the respective advantages and disadvantages of different independent channels,financial institution channels and third party payment channels.A variety of payment channels can bring customers different payment experience,thus directly affecting the customer satisfaction rate of electricity power suppliers.When an electricity power supplier charges one Yuan under different circumstances,its input-output ratio varies.In conclusion,in the future it is necessary to establish standards to manage the entry and exit of different electricity charges payment channels so as to ensure safe,smooth and convenient payment.
