In recent years, the management ethics crisis brings to the enterprise great lossand influence and the research on the managerial ethics has become a hot issue.Many domestic and foreign scholars had made a large number of researches on thefactors that influence the managerial unethical behavior, but few studies from theperspective of values. In this paper, the author thinks that value is one of theimportant factors, driving people’s behavior as a result. So, this article using modeldemonstration, career success and work values as variables, and hoping to explorethe relationship between these variables and managerial unethical behavior, for theanticipation or reducing the occurrence of managerial unethical behavior and provideeffective suggestions.On the fundamental of summaries about the research of Role model, values,career success, extrinsic work value and unethical behavior, this paper proposes themodel of Role model impact on the managerial unethical behavior. And hypothesisin below three aspects:1. Role model has impact on managerial unethical behavior.2. Career success has impact on the relationship between Role model andmanagerial unethical behavior.3. Extrinsic work value has impact on the relationship between Role model andmanagerial unethical behavior.This paper is used empirical research, and all hypotheses were tested effectivelyby the SPSS software. The research finds that the Role model has negative effect onunethical behavior. The career success has moderator effect and extrinsic work valuehas mediator effect. The Role model can be forecast the unethical behavior and thehigher the career success the lower the unethical behavior will happen. And it alsoshows the important role of extrinsic work value between the role model andunethical behavior. The innovation of this paper contains:1) establish the model between role modeland unethical behavior.2)using moderator variable and mediator variable duringempirical research.
