Since London have accurately defined the conception of career success, the traditional two-dimensions model of career success developed and extended in the theory and application, simultaneously the relevance researches of career success have beening increased. However, the present research findings almost are the model of career success in the background of the west, the applicability required checked furtherly in the background of China; also the current study results lack the boundary definition of the dimensions,factors,evaluation indicators about career success;and are short of the model of career success about manager of "key figures";the factors about evaluation models of career success are from a static point of view, not from the perspective of the dynamics of organizational citizenship behavior to be analyzed.It is a profound theoretical value of the study and establish the manager evaluation model of career success from a dynamic point of view of the impact of career success factors and the impact mechanism.This paper gets the evaluation indicators of career success through literature methods, interviews, brainstorming and expert opinion receiving a total of 446 valid questionnaires, which issued four kinds of persons of ten categories from the country 18 large,medium and small cities, and builds a manager evaluation model of career success with the help of SPSS 15.0, approaching comprehensive data analysis methods, such as the item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and so on. The model is consisted of 29 indicators including career satisfaction, career objective results, the three-dimensions of professional core competencies, self-satisfaction, peripheral recognition, personal wealth, intangible assets, the six composition of retention and promotion. Finally, the paper explores the relationship between the consciousness,altruistic and the manager career success through the 15 assumptions,the design and pre-test of 3 scale table,the 423 questionnaires issued 8 kinds of professional managers from ten cities of the whole country,based on the AMOS7.0 structural equation model and the SPSS 15.0 single-factor analysis of variance. The study founds that the consciousness is positively related to the manager career success and the consciousness effects self-satisfaction,peripheral recognition,personal wealth,intangible assets,retention and promotion; and the study also founds that the altruistic is positively related to the manager career success and the altruistic effects self-satisfaction,peripheral recognition,personal wealth,intangible assets,retention and promotion; different biographies define different factors about the manager career success.The career success evaluation model this paper created makes up the manager career success evaluation model in the background of Chinese culture; there is a definite breakthrough in the model structure,some indicators,factors and dimensions; and this model makes up this gaps in the field for the first time from the perspective to analyze the consciousness,altruism affect on the career success.
