People regard food as their prime want, and food security is a top priority. In recent years, food security continue to emerge in the country, food security has become the focus of common attention. How to use the limited administrative resources to carry out effective supervision on food safety, has become an important issue faced by thegovernment departments at all levels. Production and processing is an important linkin the food chain, which plays a decisive role in food quality and security.Shall take a great responsibility to assume the production and processing security. There are many regulatory difficulties in production and processing area, most of scholars had studied on food security regulatory system or a project of science and technology level, and less on specific functions of the specific aspects of food security regulators.This paper takes Quanzhou city food production safety supervision as the objectof study.This paper first introduces the basic ideas and methods of the researchbackground and significance of the research and research, and the related concepts,the theoretical basis of food safety regulation and food law system is also introduced;then introduces the food safety supervision in Quanzhou city quality supervisiondepartments and the problems; the domestic and international food safety regulatoryrepresentative model are introduced, the supervision of food safety of our reference;finally puts forward to reform and perfect the Countermeasures of food safetysupervision of Quality Supervision Department of Quanzhou city.This paper puts forward some innovation measures in the method of improvingQuanzhou city food production safety supervision countermeasures, to furtherimprove the food safety supervision and administration of production and processinglink has the reference value.
