Research On Green Management Model Of EPC Project

Since mankind enters the era of industrialization, human’s life has changedtremendously by social civilization and progress, science and technology innovative. Atthe same, this caused a series of ecological environmental problems. But the good newsis that people have recognized this problem early. Various types of business are seekingto promote low-carbon economy, circular economy, green GDP. In this situation,construction companies must also be used green management in their businessmanagement and project management.This paper focus on EPC projects and the perspective of engineering generalcontractor. Based on particularity of EPC project, the paper integrated greenmanagement theory into the management project of EPC. The paper proposes a greenmanagement model of EPC project by establishing a green management model andeffective, scientific and comprehensive evaluation model. In the cycle of theimplementation of green management-feedback of effectiveness of management-theimplementation of green management, not only can this system regulate EPC projectmanagement but also project management experience can be passed along. Eventuallyengineering general corporate will be green.The main research of this paper was that definited concept and buildedmanagement model and evaluation model of EPC project to implement greenmanagement. This paper integrated concept of green management and definedinnovatively the concept of construction project green management and EPC projectgreen management. This paper also gave the greenization flag of construction projects.The paper analyzed the factors of green management of EPC project and establishedmanagement model for managing these factors. In order to obtain the final evaluationresults, the paper established evaluation model of green management of EPC project,gave the green rank of management effective evaluation, determined the evaluationindex system and weight, selected and improved scientific evaluation theory, methodsand corresponding criteria.This research aimed to solve that how to implement green management on EPCproject for engineering general contractor. The main content of the study was toestablish green management system of EPC project, and to establish practicalapplication management methods for engineering general contractor, and to achievesustainable development of enterprises and social, economic and ecological benefits ofbalance.
