The Influence Of The Change Of The Fishery Resources Environment On Aquatic Products Export

As a fishery country and a large aquatic products trading country, aquatic products export of our countryis of great significance not only to fishery,but also the entire sustainable development of agriculture，it alsooccupies a pivotal position in international trade of aquatic products market.Due to the natural geographicaladvantage and abundant water resources,coastal areas has always been China’s aquatic product export center.With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, we produced a large amount of pollutant tothe external environment, the fishery resources environment suffered great damage. The destruction of fisheryresources environment influences the aquatic organisms’normal habitat and breeding,on the one hand, it hasaffected the production of aquatic products,on the other hand,it also caused the decline of aquatic products’quality.Our aquatic products export markets are concentrated in developed countries, they have highrequirement in quality,so they will set strict technical standards, these standards brought very bad effect to ouraquatic products export.This article was based on this background to explore the relation between the changeof fishery resources environment and the aquatic product export, hoping to provide some theoretical supportto the healthy and sustainable development of China’s aquatic product export trade.This paper is based on fishery resources environment as the core.At first,defining the relatedconcepts,the analyzing the related factors which have effect on it’s change;Then,combining the empiricalanalysis and normative analysis,constructing the theoretical framework of the change of fishery resourcesenvironment and aquatic products exports, establishing the econometric model on this basis;Again,useing11coastal provinces and cities panel data from2002to2011to verify the change’s influence degree onaquatic products export; Finally,on the basis of analyzing the reason for the empirical results, putting forwardrelevant policy Suggestions. The main results of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the influential factors of fishery resources environment mainly come from land pollution and seapollution, but the land pollution has a large proportion,and is of more great danger, including wastewateremissions, SO2emissions and waste solid disposed at random.Secondly, deterioration of the fishery resources environment makes the quality decline in aquaticproducts, some of the major trading partners set more strict technical standards, seriously affected the aquaticproducts export trade. Thirdly,although our country has stepped up its market development in emerging countries in recentyears, but export markets are still focused on Japan, the United States, the European Union and South Korea,the dependencies are still relatively large.Fourthly, in the land pollution, water pollution has the largest and the most remarkable effect onaquatic products export, followed by SO2pollution, waste solid pollution has negative effect on aquaticproducts export, but the effect is not remarkable.Finally, the increase of residents’ average consumption of aquatic products, the growth of investment infixed assets, the number of fishing vessel tonnage raise all contributed to the aquatic products export trade, andthe effect is very remarkable.
