Since the reform and opening up, with the vigorous development of China’s tourism industry for nearly thirty years, the development of tourism has similarities with other industries, especially the characteristics of its services. The tourism industry is highly market-oriented and it is in the state of perfect competition, the consolidation of industry is increasingly experiencing shuffle and adjustment. The competitiveness of enterprises will ultimately depend on the competition of talents, so the talents largely determine the fate of the enterprise, especially for tourism enterprises. Compensation management, as a management art, is an important means of attracting and maintaining talent, and it is also a key element of the enterprise competition.The pay system is an important part of the human resources management system. The object of the study is using the Sichuan BZ tourism company as a case to study employees pay system of the tourism sector. It uses relevant theory, based on the overall situation and the status of the remuneration of the Sichuan company of the BZ tourism group, to analyze the Remuneration composition and its problems of the Sichuan company of the BZ tourism group and it puts forward solutions.By analyzing and redesign the compensation system of BZ Tourism Group, we combine the theoretical knowledge and business practices, helping the company improve the compensation management system and improve the level of human resources management; we hope that this pay system designed for BZ Tourism Group can provide some reference for compensation management of this group and similar enterprises.
