BJDI was founded in the1960s; it is the national A class comprehensive designenterprise, during the50years in the development process of enterprise business income isincreasing, the scale of employees gradually expand. However,with the rapid developmentof prospective design enterprise, the numbers of prospective design enterprise continuousgrowing, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, especially, the humanresources competition. How to use the more scientific and reasonable salary managementsystem to attract talents, incentive talents and keep them becomes BJDI’s staff is animportant problem and they need solve it as soon as possible.The author through reading literature, and focus on some literature discuss aboutChinese and other countries’ salary system design in industry. Meanwhile, learn moreabout various prospective design industries’ experience of how to solve the salary systemdesign’s problems; through the enterprise annual report, human resource information, theoriginal salary and related management system research, know more about the enterprise’sstate of operation and the original salary management system. Otherwise, use theinterview and questionnaire to get opinions and views from employees and leaders, andthen, use statistical analysis to find the main point. Moreover, by conducting external datacollection, learn more about the regional salary level and composition of industry.This thesis includes four parts: first part is introduction, introduce background oftopic, the purpose, research method and content; second part is review the theory aboutsalary design, the main points include the definition of salary, the form of salary, levels ofsalary, basic concept of salary and design method of salary; third part is about the currentsituation of Design institute enterprise and the salary management system researchanalysis; finally, talk about Design institute’s optimization scheme about salarymanagement system.This paper proposed some salary design idea and model for other prospective designenterprise has significance certain reference.
