Research On The Third Party Logistics Management Mode Of Cotton In China

Production and consumption of cotton in China ranks first in the world, with the "opinions of the State Council on further deepening the reform of the cotton distribution system"(Guo Fa [2001] No.27) and the approval of the State Council issued the "cotton quality inspection system reform program" to implement, our country’s cotton industry has made great development. Logistics is the bridge of cotton production and consumption, high cotton logistics mode can achieve cotton product value and use value, but also can effectively control and manage the cotton circulation costs, thus increasing the overall effect of the cotton industry. In recent years the cotton logistics in our country has got certain development, but the development level is still far below the actual demand of the cotton industry.In this paper, based on collecting and collating relevant literature, summarizes the research on agricultural products logistics, third party logistics and cotton logistics at home and abroad, and defines the concept of logistics, cotton logistics, logistics mode of cotton and sorts out theory of the third party logistics, supply chain management, synergetic and Marx’s division of labor.Based on defining the concept and understanding on the theory, the author expounds current situation of our country cotton logistics from the cotton logistics scale, cotton, cotton logistics warehousing and logistics of the main cotton circulation and transport way, and from the cotton logistics system and logistics operations of cotton were analyzed in our country cotton logistics the problem. On the basis of the third party logistics to advanced foreign experience on cotton, put forward the development of China’s third party logistics concept, the third party logistics model conception to solve the existing in our country cotton logistics problems, so as to improve the efficiency and level of logistics of cotton.Finally, focusing on the specific mode of operation of the third party logistics model of cotton in China, based on the overall framework of our country cotton third party logistics management, respectively expounds the cotton and cotton production of third party logistics enterprises, cotton and cotton spinning enterprises distributors and consumers between the business model, and put forward the implementation of the third party logistics model of cotton, should focus on green logistics, create brand cotton logistics and logistics personnel training and so on. Thus, in this paper, through the description and analysis, to a certain extent, provides the theoretical basis for the implementation of the third party logistics in China cotton.
