The Vegetable Safety Production Management And The Construction Of Monitoring System In Baiyun District

Vegetables are the second most important agricultural products after the food world. As society progresses, people’s living standards are improving, high-quality vegetables more and more urgent. Safe vegetables for the development of green industries, vegetable production, distribution, management, standardization and product information traceability, production and distribution to build sophisticated regulatory system has become a common trend in the world.This article is mainly based on the theoretical basis of vegetable production and circulation management and security monitoring system, from the IT point of view, to determine three directions, the basic information of the safe vegetables producting, the information flow of monitoring system and production and circulation path, the system platform of production information and monitoring, systematic studies the vegetable safety production management and the construction of monitoring system in Baiyun district. The main contents include four sections. The first part is vegetable safety production’s flow management and the theory research of monitoring system, the second is vegetable production bases’or businessmen’s basic information and the construction of monitoring system in Baiyun district, the third is vegetable production information and the construction of monitoring system in Baiyun district, and the fourth is the monitoring system of vegetable planting demonstration area in town. The theory research includes the quality safety of vegetables, the vegetables’ supply chain, the quality and safety of production and circulation monitoring system. The second part includes the vegetable production bases’ or businessmen’s basic information in Baiyun district, the flow path of vegetable production and the establishment of vegetable production monitoring system in Baiyun district, the establishment of real-time monitoring system in Baiyun district, the main vegetable production and the tendency of the transaction price, and the severe weather’s effect on vegetable production and price movements. The third part includes the research of system structure, the vegetable safety production management system, and the vegetable quality monitoring system. The fourth part includes identification, system and validation, and the schematic diagram of monitoring system.The system has been initially used in the actual production process of vegetable production base in Baiyun District,, the safe production of vegetables gradually standardized, information traceability of the vegetable quality and safety gradually improved, all aspects realized the overall orderly, including vegetable production, distribution, monitoring.
