With the continuous optimization of China’s consumption structure, vegetables has become to improve the quality of life from the main non-staple food in daily life of the people. Chinese vegetable planting area expands unceasingly with the pace of agricultural structural adjustment accelerate. The vegetable industry in many areas has become one of the main industries of agriculture.It has been playing an important role in order to meet the people’s demand for food, in promoting the employment of urban and rural residents, increase farmer’s income, expand trade and International Economic etc..In this paper, taking Nantong area as the research object, one is through nearly five years of data on the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables, pesticide application status were analyzed, the grim reality that highly toxic organophosphorus pesticide is still in common use, found "with the increase of the temperature exceed the standard seriously pesticide" rule, the suggestions and measures to guarantee the quality and safety of vegetable products in Nantong area. The two is based on the qualitative and quantitative detection of pesticide residues in the application of instrument, selected XINLING for qualitative Township, base using rapid detection reagent, ensure rapid, accurate mass detection, and cheap, easy to carry; selected RP-410 for County, township used qualitative greater speed measuring instruments, to ensure a fast, accurate, convenient operation. The three is based on the implementation of many years "origin quasi out" and "market access" system experience, made clear the key point of agricultural products in Nantong, the whole monitoring system, established the Nantong area of vegetable quality and safety monitoring system, effective control of vegetable origin Nantong area input use and the product to the basic situation, farming, agricultural production.By using this control system can be achieved:(1) the competent department of agriculture survey on any vegetables agricultural inputs use, especially the use of pesticides varieties, cycle, so that the extension staff can give guidance, to ensure that the production process and rational use of pesticides; (2) supervision departments grip basic situation of vegetable planting effectivly, including monitoring of residues pesticide types, product flow, vegetable products, convenient and quality traceability; (3) the source of consumers and dealers can query the sales status vegetable, cultivation and detection conditions listed before, do transparent consumption.This project mainly has the following characteristics:(1)To fuses the domestic and foreign theory and practice and local origin quasi out experience by the combination of theory and practice, forming control system adapting to the actual situation of Nantong, to meet the Nantong many vegetable production base to monitoring and management, but also meet consumer vegetable understand consumption to ensure food safety. (2) the field supervision combined with information technology, will be very useful but disordered basic information integrated into the network platform, by computer or handheld terminal equipment real time control of the quality and safety of vegetables, vegetable planting, covering local culture tube, prior to listing the pesticide testing data and flow direction, as well as the field to enter the basic information of the vegetable, pesticide residues monitoring data and sales. (3) the broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure, with multiple platforms can be linked, shared data, to meet the needs of government and law enforcement inspection, to meet the consumer supervision report query needs, need to satisfy the business sector statistics and in-depth development work. (4) to enhance the added value of local vegetables, enhance the competitiveness of products, enhance the plant body safety consciousness, to guide our city’s vegetable industry embarked on the road of healthy development, safeguard consumer confidence.
