Workshop plays an important role in the production management system for manufacturing enterprises.It is the intersection of information flow,workflow,material flow and control flow.And it is the key organization to ensure that the production plan can be completed smoothly.Although information technology has been widely used in enterprise production management with the continuous improvement of enterprise informatization construction,the simple application of information technology cannot achieve real-time monitoring of production process effectively.Because the production process of discrete workshop is complex and changeable,visualization of the production process is still a problem that cannot be solved for enterprises.So the application of information technology must be matched with enterprise strategy,business and management.These initiatives can make managers know the production situation of the workshop in a comprehensive,fast and accurate manner.According to the feedback information,managers can reasonably allocate manufacturing resources and timely adjust production plan.In this way can we truly improve enterprise informatization level and make the enterprise get the best production efficiency.Firstly,through the establishment of discrete workshop of production process model,the flow process of information and materials between the various processes was analyzed in this paper.The data type of management system was defined by classifying the production data produced by workshop production activities.With Seven kinds of waste summarized by lean production theory,the paper started from the decomposition of three basic indexes proposed by theory of constraints and analyzed the factors which can influence the operation of the production system and further formed the production process monitoring system and eventually completed the requirement analysis of the system.Further,based on the requirement analysis,the general design of the system was completed by establishing the architecture of the system,the function model of the system and the network architecture of the system.Then,through the detailed design of the data acquisition layer,a data acquisition scheme,which combined RFID technology,manual acquisition and automatic acquisition of CNC equipment was proposed.Through the detailed design of the data layer,the conceptual design,logical design and implementation of the system database was completed.Through the detailed design of the function layer,the IPO design of each function module of the system was completed.Through the detailed design of the Web Service layer,the monitoring system was integrated with the ERP system by using Web Service technology,and the closed-loop control of the production system was finished.In the end,a monitoring and management system of production process for discrete workshop was developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software,C#language,ADO.NET technology and GDI+technology and choosing Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 as the backstage database.Through the establishment of the system,the visualization of the whole production process was realized and managers can accurately grasp the production situation in real time.The design and development of the system has certain reference value for enterprise informatization construction.
