Study On The Influence Factors Of Rural Land Circulation In Guangdong

The fragmentation, decentralization, uncultivated behavior of rural land are serious. The land production of small scale seriously restrict the development of agriculture in China. In scale economy theory, by the expansion of production scale, the producers can use more advanced technology, machinery or other elements. With the advanced technology and machinery used in the production, the division of labor is more reasonable and professional. By this way, the average cost will reduce. How to expand the rural land scale of production? Among all way, the most effective measure is to implement the rural land circulation. The rural land from the marginal output lower farmers to the marginal output higher farmer that make rural land concentration in higher yield farmer and produce scale economy to improve the efficiency of land and agricultural output. Guangdong is a province of using firstly circulation of rural land, it is more mature relative to other provinces. However, the rural land circulation in Guangdong are facing a series of problems in current, such as the motivation inadequacy, the distribution inefficiency. These problems not only affect the development of rural land circulation, but also impact on the all rural and agriculture. How to solve these problems of rural land circulation in order to providing rural land circulation, realizing resource optimum distribution, developing agriculture and rural in Guangdong. The paper began in this. Firstly, through the analysis of the rural land circulation to rural economy and social, the importance of rural land circulation was discussed. Secondly, the current status of rural land circulation and several issues in Guangdong were argued in paper. Moreover, in order to solve these problem, the econometric model was used to analyze factors of effecting rural land circulation. Finally, on the basis of these above analysis, the conclusion and suggestions were advanced.
