Studying the influencing factors of agricultural land circulation plays an important role in promoting the effective circulation of agricultural land.Statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture show that the proportion of contracted farmland transfer in the country has increased year by year in recent years, but China's agricultural land transfer is still in its infancy, and there is still a large room for growth in the scale of circulation and circulation ratio. There is a conflict between the fragmentation and the large-scale operation of agricultural land, and there is still a certain gap with the development requirements of modernization. In the practice of farmland circulation, most of the circulation is spontaneously carried out by farmers and based on verbal agreements. There is no standard contract specification, which leads to frequent circulation disputes and the farmers' interests cannot be effectively guaranteed. These problems indirectly affect the farmers' agricultural land transfer.Willingness has also become an obstacle to further promoting the transfer of agricultural land. The standardization of agricultural land circulation is a necessary condition for the development of agricultural modernization. The full text is divided into five parts: The first part mainly introduces the relevant background and significance, research methods, innovations and deficiencies of agricultural land transfer in Henan Province. The second part combs the literature review in detail, studies and analyzes the problems in land circulation, the influencing factors of circulation and the meaning of circulation, observes the views of different scholars on the above aspects, and defines the related concepts of land circulation, the third part Based on the research on the data of households in Qianxian County,Henan Province, this paper sorts out the current situation of land transfer in rural areas of Henan Province, and applies the Logistic model in the fourth part to analyze the factors affecting the circulation of farmland in China and the significance of each factor. The fifth part is Suggestions and conclusions. The understanding of the land transfer problem in this study can be summarized as follows: According to the micro-data analysis of the Qiancun survey in Baixian County,Henan Province, the proportion of land transfer in the effective samples of rural areas in Henan Province is 42.75%,and there is no circulation. The ratio is 57.25%,and the proportion of circulation is not very high.In addition, the farmers' turnover behavior lacks normative and transfer behavior geography.Among them, the majority of the transfer contracts are not signed, the proportion is 56.25%,and the transfer target is mostly in the village, the proportion is 66.97%.Due to the geographical nature, the farmers are helping each other. In principle,no contract was signed, but the lack of binding of the contract was also affected, and the norm of land transfer was affected from the side.In terms of personal characteristics, the gap between the transition and the non-circulation is 55.56% at the age of 20-30,and the gap between the transition and the non-flow is shortened to 43.32% at the age of 61 and above. With the increase of age,the more inclined to transfer to the land, due to the lower level of protection in rural areas, people are more inclined to transfer to the land,so that they have the final guarantee after old age.In addition, with the increase of education level, the turnover ratio decreased from 37.14% to 13.21%,while the proportion of non-transfer increased from 62.86% to 86.79%.In the case of illiteracy, the transfer between the transfer and the non-circulation The gap is 35.72%,and when the level of education is university and above, the gap between transfer and non-transfer expands to 73.58%,which means that as the level of education increases, people will not carry out land transfer. The trend is increasing, especially if you don't want to transfer, the level of education is increased, people's extra skills are increased, there are more choices, and the value of acquisition is not limited to the land.In order to further explore the influencing factors of agricultural land circulation and the significance of each influencing factor,we use the logisitic model for empirical analysis, and because the influencing factors of agricultural land transfer and transfer are different,so in this paper we Separate empirical analysis, through regression analysis we found:In terms of agricultural land transfer, the explanatory variable of education level is not significant in agricultural land circulation, and other explanatory variables are significant. The higher the education level of the head of the household, the longer it stays in the school and the understanding of land cultivation. The shallower, not even how to cultivate, and thus more willing to carry out the transfer of agricultural land.On the other hand,Zhang Lei(2019)believes that the higher the education level, the more he will live in the big city, but the greater the pressure, the more his own cultivated land. You can do your own last retreat. It will not develop badly in the future. There is no retreat. In addition, the higher the level of education, the more spiritual pursuit will be pursued, and one piece of land will be preserved. In terms of the transfer of agricultural land, the land contracted area was positively correlated with the transfer of agricultural land, and the educational level was negatively correlated with the transfer of agricultural land.Other explanatory variables were not significant. In terms of the transfer of agricultural land, these five explanatory variables are significantly different from those of agricultural land.In order to test the stability of the model,we use the proxy variables to analyze the robustness of agricultural land transfer, agricultural land transfer, and agricultural land transfer, and the robustness is better.According to the above analysis and argumentation,we propose land transfer related suggestions from the perspectives of farmers, transfer agents and government: farmers should regulate land transfer behavior, protect their own interests, change the concept of old-fashioned science, and understand the circulation behavior. The intermediary platform reduces information.Symmetry, making information transparent and transparent, the government should improve the level of rural security, deepen the reform of rural land system, and promote the sound development of the rural economy.
