Social Security Risk Of Landless Farmers

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization, the demand for land isgrowing surge; a lot of agricultural land and unused land become land for construction.Landless farmers of this process are accompanied by the emergence of a special group.In2030, landless farmers will reach110million people. The central governmentintroduced the policy advice repeatedly and stressed that we must solve landlessfarmers’ social security issues. However, there are certain their own risk. Therefore, onthe occasion of the implementation of this system,we analysis of the system potentialrisks, and actively establish risk early warning system for the better safeguard theinterests of farmers to protect the lives of farmers and to build a socialist harmonioussociety. It is very impartment.This paper uses the inductive method, qualitative analysis and AHP. On the basis ofsocial theory and practice of landless peasants, this paper analysis on the progress ofsecurity, and further analysis of the type and nature of the risks and apply qualitativeanalysis and AHP to build risk warning indicator system. It will be broken down intosimple and complex risks to understand.Meanwhile, the index system of the risk factorsthat cannot be quantified to make qualitative judgments, as a complement to thequantitative risk factors, early warning criteria to further refine and improve riskwarning indicator system.The biggest innovation of this paper is to study landless farmers in this issue ofSocial Security. In our country there are many scholars in this direction. Specifically, thestudy of landless farmers risk types of social security is almost a blank in academia;Addition, when building landless farmers risk warning indicator system, this paper usesAHP to determine the weights of each index, which is calculated the total risk value ofSocial Security. It provides early warning of risk managers and promotes them to adjustmanagement measures to reduce the likelihood of risk to ensure landless farmers andstable development of the social security system.
