However, effected by the global economic crisis, coupled with the Government’s macro-control policy, In recent years, decorating industry growing up in restrictive environments. At present, the decoration market downturn is an indisputable fact, the profit space is compressed, the decoration companies compete intensely.The development strategy of enterprises is of great significance. Want to become bigger and stronger, the enterprise must keep pace with the times and adjusts developmental strategy according to the external environment or the internal condition. Yong Kang decoration company’s development strategy is not clear and practical, and so is market orientation, and its branding can’t attract consumers, which seriously hinder its development, and expansion of the company. In order to achieve better and faster development, Yong Kang decoration company need to make a suitable development strategy. It should take cost leadership as basement, take perfect quality and service strategy as the core competitiveness, take establishment of brand image and the establishment of cooperation as support. For realization of the strategic development of the company, Yong Kang decoration company need to establish and develop strategies the quality management system and human resources system, it should also take marketing innovation as guarantee.
