Empirical Analysis On Effective Factors Of Logistics Efficiency Affected By Logistics Cooperation Relations In SMEs

Implementing logistics outsourcing is the main form of logistics operation of the Medium and Small enterprises (SMEs). which fundamental purpose is to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics cost. However, judging form the result of logistics outsourcing, the logistics efficiency of the SMEs has not really got improved by in many cases it only lower the logistics cost but have problems of lower quality and time delivery delays as well. Previous studies have focused primarily on the Third-party logistics capability which is considered as the main effect factor of the lower logistics efficiency. And suggestions that the enterprise should outsource their logistics business to those with powerful logistics facilities ability as well as logistics operation management capability are thrown up; but even so, there is still a great deal of inefficiency in the outsourcing logistics efficiency from the results.Yet logistics outsourcing is the process of using 3PL's(Third Party Logistics) logistics capability to realize the logistics activities of the company, which exists a kind of uses relationship. T This paper do some research on the impact of the collaborative relationship between enterprise and 3PL on efficiency rather than take logistics capability into consideration.In this study, the concept of logistics cooperation ability was put forward after defining the concept of logistics outsourcing contract, outsourcing logistic and information communication. In this paper, we consider logistics capability as a kind of logistics management and operation ability exists in the logistics cooperation process between the enterprise and 3PL to realize the enterprise's logistics objectives. And a highly interactive logistics cooperation system with self-organize ability is formed according to a Cooperation-coordination pattern and special requirements of logistics objectives and tasks. After theoretical research on logistics cooperation ability and efficiency, a survey aimed at factors affecting efficiency and some analytical approach such as factor analysis and structure equation model was conducted to confirm the model of factors influencing SMEs' logistics efficiency by analyzing the close relationship between factors. Finally some suggestion was proposed based on the above analysis. Our findings indicate that not only the ability and level of the third-party logistics but also outsourcing relationship should be treasured.
