Siling beer co., LTD,with rapid development and strength,is a large beerenterprises in Henan province. Having been incorporated into the"100cards ofCentral Economic Zone ",Siling is facing new opportunities and challenges as theeconomical structure of Pingdingshan coal industry which was based on coalindustry began to transforming and upgrading. On one hand, the reality is that fourSiling’s reverse logistics is still adopting beer bottles randomly through recovery site.On the other hand, Siling is considering choosing and building a beer bottle reverselogistics network relying on the policy advantage and market advantage. Accordingto different positions of the participants, reverse logistics network is divided intotwo kinds: one kind is integrate reverse logistics network in which the manufactureris responsible for manufacturing, selling and recycling; the other is dispersivereverse logistics network in which the seller or the third party recyclers is responsiblefor recycling. The SBW model is proposed by Savaskan、 Bhattacharya andWassenhove, which is used for gross profit calculation of the reverse logistics networkmodel. The model will select the reverse logistics network which has the most grossprofit. In this paper, the improved SBWII model and factors of recovery rate will beadded to the whole decision and the model will select the reverse logistics networkwhich has the most gross profit and the highest recovery rate. Based on the reality ofSiling, this paper used the sales volume of Siling ultra dry Double Happiness beer inHuida supermarket which located in Kuanggong road in Pingdingshan, at the sametime, reasonable assumptions will be used. And decisions will be made in differentsituations, gross profit and recovery rate will be calculated and compared. Whenchoosing the integrate reverse logistics network, gross profit is the most and therecovery rate is the highest, while it is not easy to achieve. In dispersive reverselogistics network,floating parties status and pricing will cause the loss of profit andrecovery rate reduce in reverse. In dispersive reverse logistics network in which theseller or the third party recyclers is responsible for recycling, with interests sharingmode, the gross profit and recovery rate can be as the same level as that in integratereverse logistics network, at the same time it is easy to achieve. By comparison, thereverse logistics network which can bring Siling with the most gross profit and thehighest recovery rate will be selected. This paper draws a conclusion: the reverse logistics network in which the manufacturers and retailers (and the third partyrecyclers) can cooperate, share information and share interests should be chosen.
