Research On Synergy Of Knowledge Acquisition And Knowledge Output In Open Innovation

According to the theory of dynamic capabilities, ability is the true power ofenterprise development. As a kind of dynamic capability, knowledge absorptivecapacity is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. The enterprise has a strongability to absorb knowledge, to enable enterprises to obtain all knowledge effectively,improve the efficiency and the enterprise by knowledge, their innovation performance,thus forming a unique core competitiveness, is difficult to imitate. In particular, ourenterprises are mostly in the catch-up period, extensive requirements and moreeffective use of knowledge. At the same time, innovative management mode changesfrom closed innovation to open innovation model. Open innovation is a new, moreflexible and advanced management mode innovation. To a large extent, it has changedthe business model, access to and use of knowledge and knowledge flow. Therefore,how to effectively implement the knowledge absorptive capacity and the openinnovation model, full access to internal and external resources and use, it isimportant, it can improve the innovation performance of enterprises.Open innovation is an environment variable in the previous literatures, this studyis not sufficient. At the same time, the study found the problems in implementing theopen innovation model Chinese enterprises. In addition, this study also not abundant,knowledge absorption capability on innovation performance. Based on the theory ofknowledge absorptive capacity, knowledge is studied in this paper the openinnovation model absorptive capacity of the knowledge absorptive capacity is thebasis for enterprises to effectively implement the open innovation. At the same time,this paper expounds the open innovation plays a mediating role between theknowledge absorptive capacity and innovation performance.This study is based on open innovation to explain the performance of enterpriseinnovation, knowledge absorptive capacity.--knowledge acquisition, this paper isdivided into four dimensions of knowledge absorptive capacity to digest,transformation and utilization. The open innovation model is divided into twodimensions, external knowledge input mode and internal knowledge output mode.The conceptual model is constructed in this paper, and put forward the following fourtheoretical hypotheses:1. Knowledge absorptive capacity and its four dimensions arepositively related to innovation performance;2. Absorptive capacity is positivelyrelated to open innovation;3. Open innovation is positively related to innovationperformance;4. Open plays an intermediary role between knowledge absorptioncapability and innovation performance. In the empirical research method in this paper,the field interview and questionnaire are used. Qingdao’s manufacturing industry andhigh-tech enterprise is the study of actual data access. In this paper, the result ofspss.17regression analysis. Conclusions are as follows: enterprise knowledgeabsorptive capacity has a significant influence on open innovation; absorptive capacity and open innovation effect on innovation performance; open innovationplays a partial intermediary effect between knowledge absorption capability andinnovation performance. Finally, put forward measures according to the actualsituation, China enterprise, help the enterprise to realize the knowledge absorptivecapacity and open innovation.
