Objective:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge insteads of the traditional factors of industrial production, becoming the core of enterprise innovation and development resources, more and more companies recognize the importance of knowledge management. Enterprise knowledge stocks of how much of their own and the advantages and disadvantages, make effective strategy of knowledge management for enterprises, improve their own competitiveness and innovation ability is of great significance. Biopharmaceutical companies belonging to high-tech industries in the knowledge-intensive enterprises, their innovation and development is highly dependent on the quantity and quality of their knowledge, therefore for enterprises acquiring knowledge, building biopharmaceutical companies measurement model of knowledge stocksv helps to understand themselves and the competitors enterprises knowledge structure and characteristics, so as to formulate reasonable knowledge management strategies to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in science and technology, with its theoretical and practical significance. Methods:This study was based on biopharmaceutical industry characteristics and influencing factors of knowledge acquisition, according to the theoretical framework(WSR model) to determine the criterion layer of the index system. Taking into account the impact of biopharmaceutical company macro and micro environment, combined with industrial organization and resource management theory of the enterprise resource management, based on the basis of the criterion layer defining different dimensions, set up a biopharmaceutical company knowledge stock indices system for knowledge acquisition; the choice of AHP to determine the weight of measurement evaluation index, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the two-level model to measure knowledge stock evaluation, which quantitative index fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by K-means clustering method to determine the evaluation grade standard. Results:Based on the knowledge characteristics of biological pharmaceutical enterprise and the external knowledge acquisition impact factor analysis, combining the WSR theory frame foundation, established the enterprise’s environmental knowledge factors, situational factors of knowledge acquisition, knowledge of the enterprise itself features three factors to be the index system of criterion layer. Combined with the industrial organization theory and resource-based theory, considering the structure characteristics of the knowledge stock and knowledge characteristics of biological pharmaceutical industry, determines organization, personnel, finance, market, technology, physical and chemical 10 factors as the dimensions layer of the index system. According to the target level expansion method, the selection and analysis of index system were carried out. Finally, the knowledge stock index system of four levels of knowledge acquisition for biopharmaceutical enterprises was constructed. Through Cronbach ’s ɑ coefficient testing index system has good reliability, KMO and Bartlett sphere test method detection index system has certain structure validity. Based on the use of ahp and fuzzy comprehensive rating method to establish its secondary model, selects 10 listed bio-pharmaceutical enterprises using the K- means clustering method to determine the quantitative index of the evaluation index system of evaluation criteria, selects an enterprise by analyzing the whole measurement evaluation model to determine the whole and each dimension knowledge stock level of the enterprise, selects two location adjacent enterprises’ financial factors and technical factors of quantitative indicators for contrast analysis, helps enterprises to understand their own knowledge structure and knowledge stock characteristics, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages in order to carry out targeted knowledge acquisition offer some helpful suggestions. Conclusion:1. This article selects the new and high technology industries in the knowledge intensive enterprises- biological pharmaceutical enterprises as the research object, based on the theory of the WSR model combining the theory of industrial organization theory, resource management theory and biological pharmaceutical enterprise characteristics, establishes four levels of biological pharmaceutical enterprise knowledge stocks measurement system for knowledge acquisition.2. In view of the indices of the index system are insufficient, using the principle of analytic hierarchy process(ahp), with the method of questionnaire and expert decision group, combined the quantitative index with qualitative index of index system, determine the index weight of the index system. At the same time using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with analytic hierarchy process(ahp), regarded the knowledge stocks as the fuzzy question, established the biological pharmaceutical enterprise knowledge stock measurement and evaluation the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for knowledge acquisition, which can be used in comprehensive evaluation on the knowledge stocks of biological pharmaceutical enterprises.3. For the fuzzy evaluation of the quantitative indicators of the index system, considering the characteristics of the object of the study-knowledge stocks, as well as the status of knowledge management study, chooses hierarchical clustering K- means clustering method insteading of the traditional subjective determining the specific numerical method to determine the qualitative indicators evaluation standard.4. The empirical analysis selects 10 representative biological pharmaceutical companies, the determination method of evaluation standard of the quantitative index system is vertified. Through application analyzing the whole measurement evaluation model validate the feasibility and the operability of the proposed model; selecting the quantitative indicators of the financial and technical knowledge dimension of the index system for comparison analysis helps enterprise to measure and evaluate its own knowledge stocks comprehensively, scientifically and reasonably, and to understand their knowledge structure and characteristics of knowledge stocks, thus provides a more targeted reference to carry out the knowledge acquisition, and then verifies the reliability and validity of the proposed model.
