As the 21 st century most important resources,Knowledge in the production of modern life plays a more and more important role. Knowledge management ideas to meet the needs of the management of knowledgeeconomy, and triggered the academic researchers’ study enthusiasm. Relative to the enterprise knowledge management research, personal knowledge management research is still in its infancy, conduct the thorough research to the knowledge management in enterprises in the process, people gradually realize that effective personal knowledge management is an important factor to improve enterprise performance. Have the knowledge and carry great trust enterprise knowledge staff is the backbone of enterprise development, decide the enterprise development direction in the future. Understanding of the knowledge staff is an important subject of management science researchers not only, also is the key of the enterprise human resources management.To sum up, this study knowledge staff as the research object, explore the way of knowledge acquisition on its performance. Through literature study and exploratory case study provide theoretical support for the establishment of the theoretical model, on the basis of constructing way of knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity, incentive mechanism and performance of conceptual model.By using empirical research methods and SPSS17.0 analysis of data, the following conclusions:(1) Knowledge acquisition mode of the knowledge-type employees positive influence on its working performance, formal interpersonal approach to knowledge acquisition is mainly a positive impact on task performance, and informal interpersonal way positive influence on relational performance.(2) Knowledge staff knowledge acquisition way positive influence on absorptive capacity, knowledge staff must master the effective way of knowledge acquisition to improve knowledge absorptive capacity.(3) The knowledge staff has a positive influence on job performance of absorptive capacity, at the same time, the organizational absorptive capacity of incentive mechanism is to adjust to the work performance.(4) Absorption capacity is knowledge acquisition way and work performance of mediation variables, knowledge acquisition way by absorbing ability and promotework performance improvement.
