Evaluation Of Financial Ecological System In Shaanxi Province

Financial ecology is a bionic concept, by drawing ecology methods and results to analyze financial issues. Since2004up to now has been formally proposed for a decade. At present, domestic scholars on the research of the financial ecological theory, there are two main views:one view is the financial environment, financial institutions and major research surrounding the external environment, such as economic, political, legal, institutional and cultural environment. The other view is the concept of financial eco system, focusing systematic study of the financial ecology, under certain adjustment mechanism, Financial subject and formed by the interaction between the external environment of a certain structure, able to perform a specific function of dynamic equilibrium system. Shaanxi Province in western China is compared with developed regions, economic and financial underdevelopment, financial ecology needs to be further improved.On the basis of the theory of financial ecology is introduced in this paper, analyzing the present situation and problem of financial ecological system in Shaanxi province, based on current situation of the development of Shaanxi financial ecological system, respectively from the the financial ecosystem status and financial ecosystem structure (principal financial ecology, ecological macro-financial environment, micro-finance ecological environment, ecological internal financial regulation, financial ecology external adjustment) to build two comprehensive evaluation index system of financial ecosystem. Select the2012data, and select representatives of the provinces in Eastern、Central、 West、Northeast China to compared with Shaanxi Province, evaluate the development of finance ecosystem from the running state of ecosystems and ecosystem structure(composed of five elements). Finally, on the basis of comparative analysis, combined with the development of economy and finance of Shaanxi Province, on how to optimize the regional financial ecosystem, propose targeted suggestions.
