It has become one of the leading agricultural industry of Changsha County.In this article mainly based on the theory:agricultural ecology theory, the theory of flowers, sustainable development theory, industry layout theory and industrial structure adjustment theory. It used the method of literature retrieval method, market analysis, correlation analysis and field investigation. According to the field survey, the area of flowers and plants in this county is171255.1mu, mainly concentrated in the southern town, types of the planting include greening seedlings, pile, bonsai, cut flowers and grass. Among them is given priority to with green seedlings, covers an area of157657mu, accounting for92.06%of the total area of the flowers and trees, pile scene second, covers an area of11395.7mu, accounting for6.65%, grass, bonsai, cut flowers respectively are0.45%,0.45%,0.82%.Through summary analysis of the current situation, the industry of flowers and trees existed advantages and disadvantages in Changsha County.
