In this era of rapid development of knowledge, the talent has become the main factor of the enterprise competition. Whether it is business or country, have come to realize, the knowledge talented person is the new progress on the road to the future development of rare. At present, China’s strategy of rejuvenating the country through science, improve education, is to improve and enhance the quality and quantity of the intellectuals, improve the nation’s education quality, and enhance the comprehensive national strength. The development of knowledge type talents through the rational allocation of resources, the main work is accomplished by human. As can be seen, the human resources is becoming more and more important role in enterprises. As the human resources, not only to recruit talents, but also to understand the behavior of the knowledge type talents in job performance, an antidote against the disease, in order to improve the knowledge talented person’s contribution to the company.For the state-owned enterprises, the development of knowledge talented person’s contribution is the priority among priorities. State owned enterprises are the lifeblood of the national economy, the direction of China’s economic development, how to stand in the development of wave, how to improve their innovation capacity and competitiveness, this is need knowledge talents to do. So, how to improve the performance of the knowledge workers become one of the main proposition of human resources in state-owned enterprise.In this regard, authorized managers often use incentives, employees feel empowered,will followthe management, develop ment of enterprises. However, to study the relationship between the domestic and foreign scholars on the knowledge type employee psychological empowerment and job performance after the discovery, the conclusion remains controversial, and the relationship between the two is not obvious. For the knowledge type employees of state-owned enterprises, it is of much importance to the relationship between the two.Through the comparison and foreign research literature related to this study, put forward reasonable assumptions, choose suitable state-owned enterprise scale, based on the knowledge type employees of state-owned enterprises in Beijing and Tianjin area questionnaire, collecting first-hand data, empirical research, verify the relationship between the two, thus draws the conclusion, hope to provide some help and after the proposal for the managers of state-owned enterprises.This text is divided into the following parts:Firstly, introduction. Mainly introduces the research background, theoretical and practical significance, research purpose, research methods and ideas.Secondly, literature review. Mainly to the knowledge workers in state owned enterprises and psychological empowerment were discussed and defined, related research on psychological empowerment and job performance reviews and summarizes the.The third part, research and design. According to the study of the scholars results and theoretical basis, the thesis puts forward the hypothesis, the research tools, the design of the questionnaire, the actual payment and sorting.The fourth part, empirical research. Test the reliability and validity of the sample data and scale, and by descriptive analysis, regression analysis, variance analysis and correlation analysis, to verify this hypothesis.The fifth part, conclusion and prospect. According to the conclusion of the study on state owned enterprises, the management of knowledge worker give advice, and analyzes the deficiency of the research and how to carry out the follow-up study.
