Researches On The Influences Of Construction Standardization To The Economy Of Enterprise Level

With the rapid development of economic society, standardization is highlighted. The construction business, as the essential part of the national economy, construction engineering standardization has received extensive attention of the society from all walks of life. Especially in the aspect of the economic benefits of construction engineering standardization, General consensus has been made at home and abroad, that, construction engineering standardization can improve the efficiency of the national economy whose research are mature. Enterprises as the actor of the engineering construction standardization, is a key factor to exert the influence of the engineering construction standardization. However the researches in connection with the economic benefits of enterprises for construction engineering standardization are remain limted. So focusing on the impact the construction engineering standards have on enterprise economy, the dissertation takes the quantitative approach, with the assistance of qualitative research.(1) Validatied the mechanism of how the construction engineering standards affect the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the connotation, the principle, characteristics and function action object of the construction engineering standards, taking standardization activities as the main line, It rspectively analyzes the function way of the standardization activities to the enterprise, and its action effects as well.(2) Based on a large number of questionnaires, using SPSS econometric analysis method, it builds an economic benefits model about how the construction engineering standards affect the enterprise. With the economic benefits model, it brings out the key factors of standardization activities which have the most impact, which provides a strong support for identifying the weak links in the process of standardization and finding targeted ways for optimal direction and methods.(3) Aimed at the economic benefits model, it finds that the most impact factors are processing. Relaying on the futher analysis of the questionnaire, the paper focuses on the information’s Circulation and feedback, which is the key to ensure the efficient implementation of the processing of supervision and feedback. Due to the result of analysis, the paper builds an integrated inspection feedback mechanism for construction engineering standardization. Based on the powerful integrated data, the mechanism takes self supervision as the core, using some informationization means such as building information model, Supplemented by edification of enterprise culture and supervision of legal norms, to optimize the quality and efficiency of supervision and feedback, thus improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.
