As an important component of the current labor market, the meaning of part-time to promote social and economic development has been far more than before. The growth in the number of part-time and the change of part-time types has brought new challenges to the enterprise human resources management. Through the relevant literature review found that there were few researchers conduct part-time study from a perspective of enterprise. Combine analysis of the status of part-time, this paper selects food and beverage industry as an example which has large number of college students part-time.Based on the Partial Inclusion Theory, this paper adopts the research method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Choose part-time at an international coffee chain enterprise retail stores as research sample, accesss to research data needed by employee database information acquisition and questionnaire. Using SPSS to analysis the data feature to summary part-time groups’character in the aspect of the demographic variables, working time and attendance time, and combined with AMOS structural equation model to validate the part-time role involvement and turnover intention relationship model.Referring to the research methods of foreign researchers, this paper put forward college students part-time group divided into three types, and verigy that different types have significant differences on the role involvement and turnover intention; The results also show that the part-time attendance hours can reflect its turnover intention, the attendance hours of part-time who intents to leave the company decreased significantly; Part-time role involvement affect turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment the lower turnover intention. In view of above conclusions and combine the feature of food and beverage industry and the part-time group, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions on enterprise human resources management.
