Cultivated is the most valuable land resources, but also people living conditions. However, in pace with the China’s population growth, rapid development of industrialization, urbanization, and the needing of ecological restoration, a lot of Cultivated land is used or retreated. The reduction of cultivated land makes the contradiction between population, grain and cultivated land have become increasingly prominent. It is particularly important that protecting the quantity and quality of cultivated land, studying the ecological pressure of cultivated land and sustainable of cultivated land, when the agricultural science and technology has not yet made a major breakthrough. This article based on ecological foot print model, overcoming the disadvantages of the model,building the cultivated land productive ecological footprint model based on local hectare, And applies this model to the study of appraising ecological pressure of cultivated land in Ba Nan county, From the analysis of the results are time variation, researching the reasons for the change of ecological pressure of cultivated land, and According to the land consolidation planning of Ba Nan(2011-2015), forecasting the ecological pressure of cultivated land of Ba Nan in2015.This is a new attempt of appraising ecological pressure of cultivated land.The main achievements of this thesis and obtained as follows:(1)This thesis researched ecological pressure of cultivated land for cultivated land’s productive ecological footprint model, in two stages. And one stage is2003-2008,another is2009-2010. In2003-2008,Cultivated land’s ecological press was declined in the first, and then it was decreased. In2003,the contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land ecology was the little. In2004-2007, the contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land ecology became more large. In2008, the contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land ecology became least. In2009-2010, Requirements for cultivated land ecosystems was became large, but the supply capacity of cultivated land ecosystems was declined.The contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land ecology was outstanding gradually. Cultivated land’s ecological pressure was increased. The change of ecological pressure of cultivated land in Banan district and Chongqing city showed consistency. And ecological pressure of cultivated land in Ba Nan is is higher than the average level of Chongqing. After comparing the two stages of ecological pressure of cultivated land Banan and Chongqing, cultivated land’s ecological pressure was grow too fast, cultivated land supply and demand contradictory was prominent, and we should take some measures to solve it.(2) This thesis research the reason of change of pressure of ecological cultivated land, And try to find some measures to solve the the contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land ecology. According to calculation method of ecological pressure of cultivated land. Per capita cultivated land’s productive ecological footprint and cultivated land’s productive ecological capacity were the determinant. There are some factors affect cultivated land’s productive ecological footprint:population, multiple crop index, the input of cultivated land, the output of cultivated land input, urbanization. There are two factors affect cultivated land’s productive ecological capacity, one is yield factor, and other is cultivated land per person. The yield factor and cultivated land per person became more, as well as cultivated land’s productive ecological capacity. So if we want to reduce ecological pressure of cultivated land, some measures must be do. Controlling the number of resident population.increasing the area of cultivated land, reducing the occupation of cultivated land for urban construction, improving the planting structure. Chemical fertilizers and pesticides have been employed on a sound basis. And improving the productivity of cultivated land.(3) This thesis on the basis of factors for change of cultivated land’s ecological pressure, and using the land consolidation planning in Banan. Calculating the index of ecological pressure of cultivated land in2015, and compared the ecological pressure of cultivated land in2010and2015. It is prove that land consolidation planning is a good engineering for reducing ecological pressure of cultivated land.
