In our country, industry is growing fast. With the Rapid advance of urbanization and the growing of population, the quantity of cultivated land resources was reducing fast, and the condition of the shortage of arable land got much worse. In addition, the extensive way of land use led to the serious pollution of farmland, the eco-economic system of cultivated land was seriously damaged, the environment problem is prominent. Cultivated protection is very necessary. Even, “The strictest farmland protection system" didn’t make the suituation get better. The main reason wasthat the policy of cultivated protection ignores the benefits of some people who protect arable land, and it rarely considered of the ecological and social benefit of cultivated land protection in the process of non-agriculturalization.The ecological benefits and social benefits weren’t contained in cost the process of non-agriculturalization, resulting in the decrease of the enthusiasm of the main protection of farmland, then accelerate the loss of cultivated land resources. If notpay attention to the situation, itwould affect the sustainable development of social economy in our country. Therefore, how to protect the limited cultivated land resources, and to establish a perfect value compensation mechanism of cultivated land resource protection, is an important subject of the whole society. Therefore, this article selected 19 districts and counties of Chengdu as the research unit \, took the related calculation model, and determined the research area of cultivated land ecological compensation value and ecological compensation space transfer amount is calculated. From the perspective of geography, it analyzed the results of the study, discussed the cultivated land ecological value and the amount of compensation space transfer regional differences and space-time evolution characteristics and law of farmland ecological compensation mechanism for scientific, fair and reasonable allocation of resources and provides important theoretical basis and practical significance. This article’s main research conclusion is as follows:(1) the overall cultivated land of Chengdu from 2003 to 2013 in ecological value was gradually rise, districts and counties of farmland ecosystem service value on the space in a circle to the three spheres of increment, presented the distribution law of low near the inner wall and high near the outer wall, and show obvious regional differences.(2) the ecological footprint of Chengdu from 2003 to 2013 was increased, the ecological carrying capacity was declined gradually, ecological deficit/surplus target the overall downturn in the index fell to 0.0493 in 2013, the cultivated land of Chengdu presented the situation of ecological deficit, from ecological services to ecological consumption area, the contradiction between human and land was increasingly prominent. From the point of space, the amount of cultivated land per capita ecological footprint and the ecological footprint, generally composed of a circle to the second and three spheres of Chengdu, cultivated land ecological footprint was higherin south-east. Municipal county cultivated land per capita ecological carrying capacity, ecological carrying capacity showed a gradual downward trend, the per capita cultivated land ecological carrying capacity and ecological carrying capacity of low near the inner wall and high near the outer wall, cultivated land ecological deficit/surplus index distribution pattern on the whole shows a tendency of "the profit", the area of cultivated land ecological deficit was widening. Asthe most economically developed area of Chengdu, the cultivated land o the first circle ecological deficits; In the second layers, Qingbaijiang and Xindu maintained the cultivated land ecological surplus, other areaswere ecological deficit in the process of development of farmland; The third layer, each regional cultivated land ecology has been in surplus, which was the main cultivated land ecological support of Chengdu.(3) From 2003 to 2013, Chengdu gradually changed from the ecological compensation into ecological compensation payments area, and had to pay 188.7552 million yuan in 2013. Amongit, 7 counties of Chengdu was cultivated land ecological compensation area, they should payfor the ecological compensation fees, 11 countieswas ecological compensation payments for land area, they can obtain the ecological compensation fees. On the whole, the cultivated land ecological compensation payments area of Chengdu, mainly concentrated on the first layer, the developed regions of the second layer, the regional cultivated land loss was more serious in these areas, theper capita cultivated land was low, the cultivated land pressure was serious, contradiction between human and land was especially prominent. Cultivated land ecological compensation payments area mainly concentrated in the third layer where the economy was relatively underdeveloped area, the cultivated land inventory accounted for 67.69% of the cultivated land resources of Chengdu, cultivated land resources were mainly concentrated in this area, per capita arable land, cultivated land pressure was low.(4) According to the research results, the author suggested from improving the efficiency of land use, establishing scientific farmland ecological value evaluation system, perfecting the cross-regional transverse compensation of cultivated land compensation mechanism, the diversification of farmland ecological compensation of cultivated land conservation. We hope that in the future, there is standard can be depended on when we are in the cultivated land compensation work, effectively improve the regional ecological environment, and promote the balanced development between society economy and environment.
