The thesis studied the components research and development of wisco’s middle managers leadership. To create the international first-class enterprise is wisco the third business’s an important task of entrepreneurship. In order to adapt to the strategic needs that speed up the wisco’s third business and to enhance the level of scientific development and to create first-class. Meanwhile, it also the basic choice to enhance the competitiveness. The components research and development of wisco’s middle managers leadership is the basic to realize leap-forward development, and is the continuous development of driving force, and is the need to promote the modernization of wisco, and is the requirements of wisco towards the international first-class.The thesis through literature search and study、questionnaire development and questionnaire survey、theoretical analysis and qualitative research、interviews and other methods to introduce the feasibility of the research. On the basis of the research of domestic and abroad theory and examples, analyze the development history、the status quo and the future requirements of wisco’leadership. The middle-level managers leadership elements make wisco’s middle managers leadership development is the foundation and the reality.The development of the nine elements as the core of leadership, the nine elements of quantitative description and classification.
