| Because the economy of China is still in a state of development, in the recently developing market economy companies must change their own self-concept and adjust their management structure to encourage social responsibility at the international-trade. This will allow them to further protect the relationships between those with mutual interest in the company, thereby guaranteeing the healthy development of the company. This paper attempts to comprehend and understand the fulfillment of a listed company’s social responsibilities from a management perspective, through research on management styles and corporate social responsibility, in order to provide a basis for improving management ability and better fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities. This paper empirically analyzes the effect certain management styles have on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, and discusses the influence of different management styles.
