With rapid urbanization and economic integration, the high-speed railway construction ofChina has entered a large-scale development period. The Yangtze River Delta Region becomesthe most important engine for accelerating national comprehensive strength and internationalcompetitiveness, and also enters the “HSR period”. As we all know the high-speed rail cangreatly shorten the travel time and improve each city’s accessibility. Transportation networksystem has significant effect on the optimization of spatial structure of urban agglomeration. Itis important to study on city cluster how to deal with it.Therefore, this paper adopted Accessibility theory, Daily exchange rings theory, andSpace tourist flow model theory, and some analytical methods, like GIS spatial analysis,SNA, Rank-size regression analysis, and travel Herfindahl index based on ChangjiangRiver Delta Metropolitan Area to analyze the spatial structure influence of HSR. Theresults show that:(1)HSR will achieve significantly accessibility optimization of fivemetropolitan. The circles will go outword the high-speed rail, and the accessibilityinfluence of HSR can be devided into three grades: Hefei metropolitan benefited most, followed by Hangzhou and Xuzhou metropolitan, and finally the Shanghai and Nanjingmetropolitan.(2)The daily behavior of five metropolitan reflects the relative consistency ofresidents. More residents will travel to near city deply, and the staff still live lesssegregation.(3)HSR will affect tour spatial structure of the Yangtze River Delta betweenthe metropolitan, intermetropolitan, and within cities. The spatial concentration of touristsand tourism revenues continue to decline. The city devepolement shows characteristic ofmulti-center, networking and integration. This paper enriched and deepened the research ofHSR travel, and provided scientific basis for rational distribution of regional tourismspatial structure.
