| Securities industry is an emerging nature of service marketing industry. With thedevelopment of the securities industry,the competition between securities companiesincreasingly fierce. How to securities companies occupy a place among the fiercecompetition,how to increase the market share of the securities brokerage business,the role of marketing staff is particularly important. How marketing staff performancemanagement is an issue of securities companies have to face the business department,is also an important part of the organization ’s human resource management.In this study, Founder Securities Company as a case study,through the analysisof the study of Founder Securities Company marketing staff performance appraisalsystem,combined with the latest theoretical performance evaluation related to theanalysis of the main problems of its performance appraisal system exists,and explorethe corresponding optimization programs to how effective enterprise initiative putforward useful suggestions through the establishment of a rational, scientificperformance appraisal system to motivate employees.
