At present,the domestic market in the increasingly fierce competition,in the business activities of enterprises,the core role of marketing is increasingly highlight,as the most basic unit of marketing activities,sales personnel performance directly affects the economic benefits of enterprises,they are the creator of enterprise profit,is the most precious in today's society is the enterprise human resources power source.In recent years,Kang Hui company with the mode of operation,from the traditional offline sales to go through the Internet platform “company +base + farmers + electricity + poverty alleviation” mode,actively respond to a nation “accurate”for poverty alleviation policy,based on rural,farmers,at the same time,through the consumption value to achieve the consumers,manufacturers,service providers,platform,and the society harmoniously.The lack of scientific system support in human resource management,the waste of human and material resources in the recruitment process,the loss of human resources,and the reduction of customer resources will eventually lead to the poor management of enterprise operations,resulting in a lot of losses,so the retention of core sales personnel has become the focus of attention.The author found that,through interviews with enterprises,head of the enterprise in the area of sales of human resources is in a state of chaos,confusion,management extensive,for enterprise managers and salesmen itself bring the benefits of growth and double damage.However,enterprises have not invested a lot of energy in this aspect to carry out research and experiments,and they do not realize that they can achieve the expected goals through performance management.So the author through to the domestic and foreign literature about performance appraisal and management check and arrange,profound analysis of the enterprise,the enterprise's internal and external environmental analysis,focus on analyzing the current situation of the company sales staff performance appraisal and the existence question as the breakthrough point,using the method of BSC and KPI to extract the key indicators of performance appraisal,to determine and verify that the new evaluation index and weight,build a set in view of the enterprise sales personnel of scientific and effective practical performance appraisal system,solid foundation for enterprises to realize strategy target well,inject new momentum,And more than 10 burdock production and processing enterprises in Fanlou town sales staff performance assessment to provide reference.
