Research On Financial Support Of Development Of Rural Economic In Weifang City

In recent years, rural issue is a very important issue in our country. Weifang City has increased the "three farming" investment and adjusted the rural economic structure. Therefore, overall agricultural capacity has been increased, as well as the farmers’ income; but compared with the pace of industrial development in Weifang City, its growth rate is still relatively slow. With the acceleration of the marketization, the limited financial support for agriculture in Weifang City has been behind the growth rate of the funding needs of rural economic development. How to solve the bottleneck problem of funding for rural economic develoopment is essential. Rural finance is an important part of the financial market, and as a support system for agricultural development, rural finance’s support for rural economic growth is gradually being taken seriously, and its effect on the reform of Weifang City Economic Development has a great impact.In theoretical background, this paper make analysis and empirical research on the rural financial support and rural economic situation in Weifang City in order to explore the plight of rural financial reforms and problems. After depth analysis of the causes, this paper find effective financial support measures. So, studying Weifang’s financial support for rural economic growth and identifying appropriate measures for the problem are to better play the role of rural finance. For other cities in Shandong Province, the develoopment of rural finance support measures can provide some reference.The thesis consists of six parts:introduction, theoretical foundation of financial support for economic development, the status analysis of the rural economy and rural financial support of Weifang City, empirical research, the recommendations and conclusions to promote financial support of Weifang City’s rural economic development.The first chapter describes the introductory part of the background and significance of the paper. From the financial support of the economic development and the role of the relationship between finance and economic development in rural areas both domestic and foreign literature are summarized. This chapter briefly describes the ideas and methods, as well as possible innovations and defects. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of financial support for rural economic development, which mainly introduces the theory of rural financial development and the realization of financial development promoting economic growth. This chapter laid the foundation for the later research.Chapter3is about the status analysis of Weifang City rural economy and the financial support of the rural part, these two aspects were analyzed qualitatively. Weifang City gross regional product shows a steady growth in the overall trend, the net income of rural residents in the aggregate growth is also evident, but urban and rural residents’ consumption trends show the expansion. Financial support for agriculture expenditure proportion of total expenditure has declined in recent years. Weifang City currently has a relatively sound financial system in rural areas. The total amount of financial support for agriculture growth is greater than the increase in the value of financial support for agriculture. The financial investment is its main source as supply of agricultural funds.Chapter IV is empirical research, based on a theoretical model, building rural economic development indicators and related indicators by rural financial impacts. By selecting data and indicators, the variables are processed to do the empirical analysis. This chapter draws long-term stable relationship between the Weifang City’s rural economic development and rural financial development, and further analyzes the causal relationship between the development of the rural economy and all relevant financial variables.The fifth part puts forward the financial support proposal to promote rural economic development in Weifang City. Such as, constructing a multi-level rural financial market, standardizing and improving rural financial institutions and intermediaries; expanding rural financial institutions’credit delivery, enhancing the efficiency of financial services in rural areas; improving the quality of rural finance environment and so on.Chapter VI is the conclusion section, which summarizes the main contents and conclusions, as well as further research direaction.
