Abstract:With the high-speed development of industrialization and urbanization in recent years, our country population flow into the most active period. The economic system reform and the social economy has been rapid growth, for individuals and groups of social mobility have provided a broad space. In recent years, the country’s social mobility appears the new change, the floating population from the past with the rural floating population is given priority to, from rural to urban flow of urban and rural area expanded to flow between city and city, economic development and Labor market open to a certain extent, speeding up the "knowledge" of the labor force flow. Social mobility to make the "knowledge-based" Labor had to face the problem of a series of urban social adaptation. Urban and rural dual structure difference and the cultural differences between different cities, however, to some extent delay and prevent the "knowledge-based" Labor urban social adaptation.The problem to be solved in the paper is the social mobility and "knowledge-based" urban social adaptation of the labor force, to discuss different types of social mobility of "knowledge" of the labor force is influential city social adaptation. Therefore, this paper according to the direction of the population flow, divides into the social mobility of flow from rural to urban "knowledge-based" rural labor force; Flow from one city to another city to work in the foreign cities "knowledge-based" Labor; In this city don’t flow of urban employment and work three types of "knowledge" labor force, and then compare two. Secondly, explain this study cities including vocational adjustment, interpersonal adaptation, and social adaptation to independent living, psychological adapt to love and marriage. Finally according to the result of investigation and data statistics, analysis the social mobility of the "knowledge-based" cities will have significant impact on social adaptation of the labor force, and find out the effective factors.Data analysis using independent sample T test and linear regression analysis method, the results show that "township-city" flow on "knowledge" of the labor force to live independently and psychological adapt to exist significant effect, and the profession to adapt, interpersonal relationship and love marriages adapt to no significant influence, among them, the length of service is an effective explanation of vocational adjustment factors, human capital is interpersonal adaptation and love marriages adapt effective explanatory factors, age is an effective explanatory factors of love marriages; Flow "city-city" of the "knowledge-based" labor vocational adjustment, interpersonal adaptation, independent life adaptation and significant influence on the mental adaptation for love marriages adapt to there is no significant impact on the discretion of the human capital, the size of the age is the "knowledge-based" labor relationship of marriage differences effectively explain variables;"’ the rural-urban’-’city-city" flow on "knowledge" of the labor force to interpersonal relationships, psychological adapt to significant influence, and to adapt vocational adjustment, independent life and love marriages adapt to no significant effect, the effective explanation variables are length of service, human capital, gender and age.
