The manager always want to use the most appropriate person in the post arrangement, or will a talented people in a most appropriate position, so they seek in hiring or promotion of some professional counterparts, the ability to the appropriate person. But often overlooked the temperament of the match. Temperament will produce what kind of influence in specific work? What type of temperament suitable for what kind of work? And how different temperament staff exchanges the most appropriate? What are the different methods of different temperament and character of employees way of doing things? How to establish a perfect team character from the angle? These problems are many books by character analysis of speculation, and some problems are not involved, almost no research to prove. This paper want to own nearly two years of study, combining with the psychological research, design a questionnaire to survey work, channel to extend, through the analysis of174samples, find some common problems of different temperament of employees, this research is to direct data to answer these questions. Provide data basis for manager selection, management talent.
