At present, the real estate market in China is facing increasingly fierce competitive situation, a large number of real estate development enterprises which strength is weaker have been weeded out. In the government’s macroeconomic regulation and control, the real estate market has gradually become standard. The sudden huge profit era is going forever, and the meager profit era becomes a foregone conclusion in the real estate development enterprises. The real estate development enterprise wins the competition more depends on its comprehensive strength, what will make it strong or weak. Those real estate development enterprises, whose abilities are the lack of market competition, and which are resource of living space are gradually becoming atrophic. The strategic transition must be the only way out of them.As a construction development platform for the Nanchi area, the establishment of the Nanchi Company is inspired by the local government. This company was founded in the early three years has been experiencing in frequent shareholders changed, restructured and other major events. Then, after Gutang, Tian’an and Haiguang areas were amalgamated into Hua’an New area, Nanchi Company was disqualified from the construction and development main platform of the Nanchi area. Through facing these disasters, the original strategy, which would help the Nanchi Company to achieve a rapid development and growth with the aid of the construction and development process in the Nanchi area, was disillusioned. And Hua’an New area, in which the Nanchi Company places, with the opening and reform of continuous heating, is attracting all over the real estate company in China as thick as hail. That will make enterprises competition more intense in Hua’an New area’s real estate industry. In order to surviving, the Nanchi Company can only choose strategic transformation without government support. However, the weakness of human resources management is becoming a conditionality factor for the Nanchi Company’s transformation.This article is combining the actual situation of the Nanchi Company, from the perspective of enterprise development, through by the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, to study and analyze the human resources management present situation and problems of the Nanchi Company. After finding out Nanchi Company existing problems in the management of human resources, we will set corresponding and operable countermeasures. This article aims at the introduction of advanced management concept of human resources, looking for being suitable for the Nanchi Company’s human resources management strategy, and finally achieving a goal of the successful transformation for strategy in the Nanchi Company by strengthening human resources management. The research of the human resources management in the Nanchi Company will help to provide reference for other real estate development enterprise development.
