Influencing Factors Of The Evolution Of Industrial Structure In Urban Agglomeration In The Middle Reaches Of The Yangtze River

The Urban Agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has beco mean important driving power in region of Yangtze River. Industrial structure is one ofthe key to economic growth in the affected area. The quality of the industrial structurewill directly influence the economic quality of the region economy. Analyzing theindustrial structure of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of Yangtze Riverdoes good to formulate reasonable industrial policies and change the mode ofeconomic growth. The industrial structure should be continued to improve in order tohave an extra promotional effect on the economic growth.In this paper, combining the investigation from domestic and internationalresearchers, the factors affecting the evolution of industrial structure and industrialstructure changes the law may be subject to the process. Based on the descriptiveanalysis on the industrial structure of the Urban Agglomeration in the middle reachesof the Yangtze River, we study the advanced industrial structural changing processand the rational industrial structural changing process. According to the qualitativeanalysis and per capita gross domestic production of urban agglomeration from2001to2012, the author uses the clustering analysis to divide urban agglomeration in themiddle reaches of the Yangtze River into developed area, undeveloped area andbackward area respectively according to the economic development level. Buildingpanel data model to make an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of industrialstructural change on economic growth separately, finding the influencing factors ofrationalization of industrial structure and the influencing factors of the high level ofindustrial structure. By comparing the results of two models, the author finds thedifferent influencing factors that affecting the indu strial structure of the UrbanAgglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.The research results show that under different economic growth, the affectingfactors of industrial structure’s sophistication degree and the rationalization degreeare not the same, neither. The result also shows that in the same cities, sameinfluencing factors have totally different influence on the sophistication degree andthe rationalization degree of industrial structure. According to the research, someproblems that have negative influence on the developing process of industrialstructure of the Urban Agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are found. In order to solve these problems, the author gives some reasonable advices.
